Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand life happens and you may have to reschedule your hair appointment.
I kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at minimum, 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee of the original service booked to the card on file.
No call, no shows or appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to be charged 80% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to appointment or I reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
A non-refundable deposit will be required if more than two last minute cancellations have taken place.
REFUND/ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to me! If you feel a color or toner adjustment is needed, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment. Extension adjustments are complimentary for up to one week from your service date. Refunds are not provided, but Iโm always happy to make any necessary adjustments to ensure you love your results.
