CANCELLATION POLICY I understand life happens and you may have to reschedule your hair appointment. I kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at minimum, 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee of the original service booked to the card on file. No call, no shows or appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to be charged 80% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to appointment or I reserve the right to cancel the appointment. A non-refundable deposit will be required if more than two last minute cancellations have taken place. REFUND/ADJUSTMENT POLICY Your satisfaction is very important to me! If you feel a color or toner adjustment is needed, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment. Extension adjustments are complimentary for up to one week from your service date.
