CANCELLATION POLICY I understand life happens and you may have to reschedule your hair appointment. I kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at minimum, 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee of the original service booked to the card on file. Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to appointment date or I reserve the right to cancel the appointment. No call, no shows will be charged 80% of the scheduled service to the card on file. A deposit will be required if more than two last minute cancellations have taken place. The deposit is nonrefundable if the appointment is canceled a third time within 48 hours. REFUND/ADJUSTMENT POLICY If you wish to have a color or toner adjustment please let me know within 48 hours of your original appointment time and I will happily make adjustments if necessary. Extension adjustments are complimentary up to a week from service date.There will be no refunds under any circumstances. Thank you for understanding. Can’t wait to see you soon!
